This place is absolutely amazing. The quality of the service and the facilities. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel has a great gym, sauna and steam room. It is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options including fruits and vegetables.

Overall it's great, an incredible experience! It's just the breakfast that I find for 20€ I didn't have much choice and the jacuzzi was not manipulable next to it you have to get out of the jacuzzi to press again. Just that has improved otherwise it's really great

Old hotel, off-season in winter and they decided to do renovations from 8am construction noise. Room changed 4 times. Spa is old and terrible. They offer parking for 20€, when outside it is free from 19:00 to 9:00, on weekends it is free all day. Wi-Fi in the first 3 rooms did not work and only then they moved us to a normal room. In a word, HORRIBLE. They have never even heard of 5* there.

We were given a ticket for a welcome drink at the 19th floor bar, so we were able to enjoy a drink while taking in the view.
It takes 15-20 minutes by taxi from downtown. However, the taxi fare was cheap, so it was okay.
There was a large supermarket nearby, so we were able to buy fruits and water at a cheap price.
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend it 👍
